Why We Built This Site
Texas permits public access to many court records, but finding the proper custodian can be harder than reading the docket. The Nacogdoches County District Clerk keeps district-level files, while the County Clerk serves the County Court at Law and probate functions. Justice and municipal courts retain their own lower-court records. We organize verified contact details, official search tools, calendar routes, and request steps without claiming that one portal contains every local case.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Nacogdoches County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits are important:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
District records and certified copies come from the Nacogdoches County District Clerk; County Court at Law and probate copies come from the County Clerk; lower courts certify their own files. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
